Advertising that Cuts the Mustard: Grey Poupon’s Digital Campaign

The Society of Good Taste: Grey PouponGrey Poupon’s advertising is cleverly exclusive: a digital campaign that only interacts with Facebook users who are considered to have “good taste.”

Emphasizing the mustard’s uniqueness, the discernible Facebook app is comically snooty. The algorithm on the app determines if users are good enough for the “Society of Good Taste”; do they cut their own mustard?

Nicely done, Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Not to mention Grey Poupon’s beautiful Pinterest page. Five broccoli sandwiches for this agency’s big thinking.
